오늘 학위를 받으시는 윤기철 총재님은 대한민국 합기도 총 본부 최용술 선생님의 직 제자로 1982년도에 공인8단심사,
1999년 대한합기도 협회에서 공인10단 인증, 장인 정신으로 합기도 최고의 경지에 오르셨으며 1972년 대한 태권도 협회에서 태권도 7단, 유도 4단, 검도 3단등 무술의 달인이시며
1974년부너 3년동안 김포 수도군단 연병장에서 3,00명을 대상 블랙벨트로 만든 특수 국방무술 유단화로 수도군단장 공로표창.
1981년 캐나다에 이민하여 2012년 한국인으로 유일하게 캐나다 블랙벨트 명예의 전당에 입성하신 윤기철 박사님!!!
President kicheol Yoon, who is receiving his degree today, is a direct disciple of Professor Yongsul Choi of the Headquarters of the Hapkido Headquarters of Korea. In
1999, the Korean Hapkido Association certified 10th Dan and reached the highest level of Hapkido with craftsmanship. In
1974, for 3 years at the training ground of the Capital Corps in Gimpo, 3,00 people were trained in special defense martial arts to become black belts.
Dr. Yoon Ki-chul, who immigrated to Canada in
1981 and was the only Korean inducted into the Canadian Black Belt Hall of Fame in 2012!!!
